awesome!

great concept, good comedy, great voice acting, hey why is this just in the measly portal! this should be in the top 10 at least! how did you guys do the blur effects? ive been trying to figure that out forever.

The "Blur Effect" isn't that hard. Take whatever you want blurred, and just blur it using a program like Photoshop or Paint Shop Pro. Then, import it into flash and substitute it for the original graphic. Put it through a quick motion tween and the effect is complete.

not bad

not bad at all, i think you did well with the frame by frame, especially the walking on the bus scene. good job. my only problems is that its an anime vampire story, i mean, come on, how original can you be with that? otherwise i liked it

very cartoony, i like that! it made me giggle. the animation was good, as was the layout. i think the 'story' is a bit lacking though. it could have been funnier somehow.

i really liked the poem and how it flowed, though i think it could have been read a little better, sounded like you were rushing through it. the animation looked really good, i would work on the actual drawings, they look like a step above stick. not bad though!

[The Rose]

really good design

the twitchy effects on some of the letters was neat, the ambient soundtrack matched the design flawlessly. although i would have liked to see more. finish this up!

Thank you all for your feedback!!! Well, the ones that rated my movie on what it IS not what it ISN'T at least.

I'm going forward with making the actual movie because a score of 2.15 for a 45-second, all-text trailer is damn good in my opinion!

I'm glad I was able to captivate a few of you on what "The Rose" is. The movie will be finished soon.
